HMS uses a Center of Excellence model of partners, worldwide, that can be drawn upon only when needed for the implementation of strategy, reducing the cost of each proposal while increasing the ability use affordable high value resources. HMS’ business model was created after recognizing an issue with the overly inflated overhead structure of major consulting firms, both the strategic and the EHS&S specific firms.

Our model;

  • eliminates high cost, inefficiencies and the need to have a high volume of projects to support it

  • is currently being used to service several multi-national companies such as, Johnson & Johnson, Kimberly-Clark, McDonalds, Walt Disney, AptarGroup, Georgia Pacific, O Boticário, Rodan + Fields, HP, Sinctronics 

  • allows us to use more experienced strategic partners throughout the project, not just the kickoff

  • provides the ability to implement across a wide set of service lines and geographies without havingto carry a bulky under-utilized organization to support it

  • allows us to put more experienced hours into a project without going over budget or increasing hours (higher level experience at a lower cost is our value proposition)
